RNGesus; the random warframe

Tired of warframe rng? try RNGesus, the random warframe!! (4 useless lens on 5 sorties, rng...)

This warframe parts can be obtained randomly from any mission

Stats:
Health: 75-300
Shield: 50-250
Power: 75-250

Passive:
When you start a mission with RNGesus your lodaut will be randomized and all the colors on RNGesus will be radomized too

1: Bullet of randomness (25 energy)
Shoots a bullet of energy that can do a random damage of a random element with a random status chance
The bullet travel for 25m and deal an explosion of 3m range, can randomly explode before reaching max distance
Damage range 50-500; Status chance range 20-60%

2: Aura of randomness (50 energy)
Creates a 10m aura around RNGesus that last a variable amount of time and give one of 4 random buff to allied in aura 
Time range: 5-15s
Possible buffs: Reduces incoming damage (reduction range 30-60%); gives bonus damage (bonus range 20-70%); increase healt regeneration (5-15 health/sec); increase movement speed (50-120%)

3: Explosion of randomness (40 energy)
Creates an explosion around RNGesus with a random range that deal random damage of a random element to all enemies in range
Range: 5-15m; Damage 100-500

4: Heavenly randomness (100 energy)
Calls the divine power of RNG, in a 100m radius all enemies will be transformed in other random enemies ad receive one or ore random elemental debuffs, all allied weapon receive random buffs and debuffs (damage, fire rate/attack speed, crit chance/damage, status chance, reload speed), all allied warframes receive random buffs and debuffs (shield, health, power eff/duration/range/strength, movement speed)
Debuffs can not go under -70% value


As elemental damage i mean also physical damage types; energy costs are not random because too much random breaks the fun

i've done a serious warframe time ago, very few comments; i hope to let someone have a bit of fun reading this hidden blame of the rng we have in warframe
