Just wondering what you guys think would be a fair price on this stug riven

The Stug as it is is horrible and the Riven isn't good either. You might get more out of it by just dissolving it.

Trying to sell it is likely not worth the time.

Not trying to be mean here but the Stug is like somebody shot themselves in the foot then lit it on fire. It is really bad, and that riven won't help anybody. 

The issue isn't the price here, the issue is finding anybody who would want a Stug riven at all.

You're better off re-purposing the Stug ((read as 'Suck')) as a paint gun to paint the interior and exterior of your Dojo, Orbiter, and Landing craft
