NovusNova Posted April 29, 2017 Share Posted April 29, 2017 Support receives 100's if not 1,000's of tickets per day, they will get to your ticket as soon as they can. Posting on the forums, saying they should be fired from their jobs because they haven't done your ticket when you want them too isn't the way to get support.
