Hidden Messages - Pluto: Sedna Junction unlock broken

I have unlocked the Sedna Junction(on pluto) and completed it(killing spectre, firring gun while kneeling) but it still shows up as a prerequisite for my Hidden Messages quest leaving me unable to start the quest at all. Need help please.

I am also having the same problem with the Sedna junction not unlocking the Hidden messages quest line.

My account also does not recognize the completion of the Second Dream quest so that the Cephalon Suda prompts the start of the Ocatavia's Anthem quest.

Hadn't unlocked the quest before they added the junctions, when they did I just went through all of them since i had unlocked everything and when I checked for hidden messeges it still said I need the sedna junction. Been like that ever since. Still can't access it.
