Limbo's stasis broken?

Is limbo's stasis broken for anyone else?  Whenever i freeze and use cataclysm or banish, shoot a bunch of enemies, and then unfreeze, none of the weapons fire actually does any damage.  It's been this way for about 3 days now.  Everything worked fine until an update came along.  I've tested this in multiple ways, using banish and cataclysm, freezing before casting, and after, same result: no weapon's fire does any damage upon unfreezing.
