Network not responding

Repeatedly getting the message Network not responding since I started playing a month ago, never stops. Doesn't kick from game but makes it so I can't interact with menus until the message goes away. (Example, I'm in the arsenal and it pops up, I can't leave the arsenal until it disappears. If it happens at the end of a mission, I can't see most of the rewards until its gone and I've gotten back to the ship - I do get the rewards though) Happens every couple of minutes while in missions and on ship. During this time internet runs just fine. I've had things running at the same time to test - discord, youtube, downloads and none experience any interruption or slowdown when the message displays on screen.

My connection is wired.
Analyze network says all systems nominal.
Ipv6 is disabled.

Things I've tried to fix it:
Allowing through firewall
Opening ports on router
Opening ports on firewall
Turning off upnp & nat-pmp
Trying different ports
Restarting router
Changing the direct-x
Optimizing/verifying in launcher
Turning off firewall & anti-virus completely

Any advice on the matter would help x_x

I have the very same problem, game is broken after all these patches

ye same issue here, also game chat will often freeze and force me to alt f4, everything else works fine but chat and menu don't work.

Ive started to experience this too after the latest hotfix
