Single sidearm doubles when coming out of Exalted Blade

Took out my Excalibur (haven't used him in years) for leveling the Cycron, after coming out of Exalted Blade I noticed that I had two Cycron on my sides, left one will disappear shortly after the animation finishes.

Same happens if you give that gun to Operative (Sortie defence).  Operative will have 2 of these.
