Cant buy platinum

So yesterday i got a 75% discount on platinum and today i added some funds to my steam wallet. I tried to buy plat i loged in the warframe site with my account and with my steam account, pressed the 370 plat option and it sends me to this error https://digitalextremes.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/200182440-Steam-Wallet-FAQ.

though it might be a problem on steam's end, which DE can't do anything about.
