Arsenal segment missing

So I completed vor's prize and I guess I didn't get the arsenal segment and now I basically can't proceed more into the game because I need it to leave earth and I really want to get into this game so someone please help

I believe this segment doesn't show up in your inventory, you just need to install it in your ship by pressing X (on the XboxOne)
