WoW limbo is the best now !!!

I went to Akkad public for 20 waves . A guy was using WOF all time , so I guess I just need stand in the middle and wait for the end of mission ! And there is another guy uses limbo with white kit white energy colour ，oh well they both killed things fast . So long story short , result of mission , limbo scored 600 kills , ember WOF scores 300 kills , how about me ? I was using Atlas scored 50 kills , I just can't even get close to enemies because they were killed fast .

I honestly can't tell if this is true appreciation or a sarcasm thread, though considering you posted in general discussion and not feedback I'm guessing the latter.

Anywho, yeah Limbo does aoe damage like a god now, much less than before they toned it down, so maybe a demi-god?

I think it's god , since Ember WOF can kills most things fast with lv50 ，i was surprised because I haven't meet both frames in missions before . When I saw the scoreboard ，i said OMG it's outclass everything now ! Limbo can kills things better than ember , limbo can handle the sorties very well too . Thanks for the changes.

Limbo Changes:

• Cataclysm now deals different amount of damage over the time it exists: 25% Damage when bubble is full size, 100% at its smallest size.
• Cataclysm damage scaling now uses average Health + Shield instead of total Health + Shield of enemies within.

That's is so  crazy , man they should some something for the balance , I mean everyone has their play style but as the pic shown , there are no funs to others .

1. Doesn't affect Limbo's CC abilities

2. Prevent more new threads complaining about Limbo is OP/ can clear room with two buttons

You can still freeze all the enemies for a mobile defense or interception mission for about 85 seconds with each press, but you won't be able to kill as easy as before. (i don't know, have to come up with a different built than the one i am using now when we get the update.)

Because with my current built, i can easily kill from the first press up to level 120 (2 sec), after 120 i need 2 or 3 press (5 sec)

But surely, you will still need him when fighting Kela de thayn (Sedna boss)

That's a nonsense picture without knowing who you were playing with.

And on a general tone, nobody cares about the killcount. I could totally kill 100% of the targets with Oberon pre-rework, yet everybody said he sucked. Because guess what ? Every frame can be a god when you build it for the awesome "Spam 4" gameplay. That doesn't make you a good player, still.

Regarding the topic : No. Limbo is probably good if you're a solo player, and that's literally the only thing. In a group he's just a major annoyance now.

You need it to avoid going down with the missile strikes you and your squad.

You may be able to avoid that yourself, but when it comes to the protection of a squad, u need limbo for the missile strike

Please DO me a favor, go on the VOID survival T4, take oberon on a solo mission and send me the video with your killing after 20 min. (maybe at min 30)

Or a Kuva fortress survival video (@30 min will do)

I spend over 4 months playing oberon, and from what i saw, it's a shame when you compare it to the current limbo (at least on XBOX since we did not get the second fix yet)

Oh, I didn't realize you were playing with trees. Running around still works for your teammates, I think.

I mean, I think I encountered a Limbo once in my Kela runs. It was more annoying than anything else, if you don't want to play the game just don't play.

(Frost makes the job as fine, if you really don't want to move an inch. With the positive point that he won't prevent you to shoot at the targets if he forgets to remove his Cataclysm after the strike)

Topic here was Akkad 20 waves, why do you bring Mot ? Not the same level, not the same tile, not the same enemies, not the same damage.

Thus, I'll go towards the same request for you. I'll record a video of myself on Oberon doing a 30-minute Mot while you record yourself on a 3k-cryotic Hieracon with Limbo.

You see the flaw ?

With something more realistic, I already made some 25 or 30-waving of Hydron to help friends level stuff with Oberon and me ending at 2k kills ; more than 95% damage. That's all about the setup, that's what I meant to say, but it seems clear that you're the kind of guy who is all about the e-penis stuff. So I won't go further with this discussion : You're the best player ever, it's clear, you posted a pic of a 25-wave We-don't-know-what with We-don't-know-who ending at 91% team damage, congrats man.

Edit : And multi-quote is a tool that exists on a very few forums on the internet, this one has it, use it.

In the hands of someone who knows what they are doing Limbo is pretty damn amazing.

In the hands of someone who doesn't know what they are doing Limbo's pre-nerfed 4 is pretty damn amazing.

I'm looking forward to the nerf on consoles to see what happens.

And yes, it's quite eye opening when a frame kills more than an Ember running round with 4 active. That's all the OP was getting at. I agree with them. Not sure why so many willies needed waving around in here.
