Can't jump while sprinting

I recently re-installed Warframe on a new computer, and I've noticed a peculiar bug.  I can't seem to jump while sprinting, which makes a lot of parkour moves impossible to pull off.  

I can still jump while walking normally, but the moment I start sprinting I lose the ability to jump.

I've checked the keybindings and everything seems fine.  I tried verifying the download cache/game files, but that didn't seem to fix it either.  I haven't had this issue in any other game, so I doubt it's an issue with the keyboard itself.

Has anyone else encountered this bug?  The only other thread I could find on the topic was a closed/locked discussion thread from 2013, and it didn't offer any solutions.
