Lt. Lech Kril Permanent Cold Proc Glitch

So this has happened to me twice already. So far I haven't seemed to find anyone that this has happened to, but while fighting Lt. Lech Kril on War, Mars, a glitch occurs where I permanently gain a cold proc and end up dying several times during the battle. It is extremely annoying and makes the battle almost impossible if I were alone. Luckily both times I was with someone so I just went down a lot. I was playing as Excalibur and from what I remember both occurrences happened after I destroyed the first tube. And even when I killed the boss the cold proc would not go away, however, the damage did lessen. The counter continued to show 6 seconds and would only drain when I was downed, but even when I was revived, it immediately returned even if he was dead. I was distressed when it happened but now I simply hope no one else has to deal with it! Hope someone can help or fix it!

*Edit: So it happened a third time, but this time it was as soon as I entered his room. He threw something at me and boom. I was screwed. Also I feel that I should mention that I have tried letting myself die, turning into my tenno, and even respawning by jumping in pits. None of it worked. The proc even spread to my tenno.
