Discharge + Electric Shield + Shock Synergy

Volt should use chain damage property from electricity element more, not just the stun. 

When Volt use Discharge, enemies near each other affected by Discharge is linked by electricity. if Volt use Electric Shield + Shock Synergy and shoot a Discharged enemy through that Electric Shield, the rest of enemies linked with shooting target will take damage as well from Volt's attack, the damage is chained, that makes Volt better at using semi auto guns as well. the enemies affected by Discharge but not linked with the shooting target won't take damage. yes?
