Losing exp when disconnecting multiple times from a game and reconnecting to it

Hi, as the title says, when I play defense missions, if for some reason my game crashes between the 5th wave and the 10th more than once (and since the last update me and lots of my clan mates are having lots of random crashes and freezes), when I come back, ALL my exp is gone even if the game is suppose to save every 5 waves the progress. I lose the exp from the previous 5 waves. And this happens all the times, so if for example if i do 20 waves, I disconnect between 20th and 25th more than once, I loose the exp from the previous 5 waves or more.

Please take a look at this problem.
