Odonata missing parts

I just completed all 3 missions to retrieve the odonata parts but when I went to the foundry to go make the archwing, all 3 blueprints are missing and I know I did get all 3 blueprints. Is there any way of getting the blueprints back cause I can't progress any further since the first mission on Neptune requires an archwing. This really making me lose interest in the game but i hope this problem can be resolved.
