Mastery Rank Stuck

My mastery rank seems to be stuck. Let me explain: I build new frames and weapons that I did not previously own or had the opportunity to start leveling, however even in this case my mastery rank score stays exactly the same when I'm leveling the equipment.

I already submitted a ticket to the support team and they fixed the fact that I couldn't gain any mastery rank. Now all that remains is to see if I can get back the unaccounted mastery rank.
