Ability to choose what rotation A to start at

Some say this game is too easy and some say it's too hard. We obviously need to keep both in mind. That's why I'm suggesting for us to have the ability to set which rotation A to start at. That way players (it would require an unanimous vote) could choose the mission's starting difficulty. Instead of waiting 40 minutes for a survival to test your skill, you could jump straight into the heat of it. You could only start at an A rotation as to not mess up DE's intended reward system. Players that choose to take advantage of this won't see any change in their rewards so it wouldn't put anyone at an advantage over others.

What about a simaricrum, but with a full squad! People could choose mob spawns and tileset for their own "level" that can be shared by some network and people with too much time can come together and try them!
