Focus Ability Sound Glitch

This is a fairly minor bug that's persisted since the Second Dream.  Whenever other people use their focus ability, the game plays a sound clip in the voice of their operator (some sort of scream/shout).  When I use a focus ability, it plays a sound from an infested charger.  I don't know if other people hear the charger as well or if that's just on my end.  If it helps, I played the Second Dream as soon as the update was released, but I was in a bit of a rush at the end, so I didn't do any operator customization.  Because of this, I never selected a voice for my operator, and a few updates later the game just sort of assigned me one, so this may be some sort of glitch based off of that.  That being said, I've since tried changing the operator's voice in order to fix it, and that hasn't yielded any results.

I'm currently dying of laughter but verify the cache through the launcher. Do not do this through Steam as it will initiate a fresh redownload and you wouldn't want that.
