Long time issue: Maxed items frozen at certain ranks in equipment menu.

Here's a screenshot of what I am talking about.

My Machete is actually Rank 30(confirmed by support), but it appears as Rank 29, as if it is taunting me.

This is probably one of the most annoying things I've experienced so far, and there is no way to fix it. Even if you relevel your equipment, it'll stay at the rank it froze at.

It's been a year already, and support keeps telling me that they are aware of the bug and are working to fix it, but there's been so many updates and hotfixes that I honestly don't believe that it'll be fixed at all at this rate. I guess a little publicity is all it needs?
