As client Operator activating focus has muted or dull sound effect

This only happens to me when I am a client, which unless I am soloing, it pretty much all the time.

Steps to reproduce

• join a mission as client
• Voice of Operator - Raven
• activate focus (currently tested as naramon and zenurik)
• Feel somehow incomplete when there is no operator battlecry
