What is required from clans?

You must promote a friendly atmosphere in chat and have members who are willing to help other clan/alliance members.

Is inactivity tolerated?

No, it is not. To be more specific we have a fifteen day kick policy, Clans don't need that strict of a policy but some sort of policy should be followed by your own rules your own clan.
