A Simple Question for Geoff, with probably a not so simple answer:

Not that the current set look bad, but with PBR and Volumetric lighting bringing visuals up to par, will the animation system see something to bring it up to par. Are there plans to implement IK in warframe?

Would it be possible(as an optional toggle in settings) to add the ability to automatically pick up items such as dropped weapons, datamasses, and ayatan stars by rolling over them? This would help the flow of the game a lot, since normally you have to stop and pick up these items.

A lot of threads relating to game performance pop up in the forum so what would you deem the minimum system requirements to play the game smoothly?   Have you considered revising the minimum hardware required to play the game now we're getting extra features/effects etc?

When are you adding a 'don't host' option to the game so that toasters don't get stuck hosting games and ruining the experience for the clients?

Any chance you can look at the AI for operatives/rescue targets... the defence sortie in kuva fortress basically had an operative that wanted to live in the gas clouds so kept dying.

Can sentinels get a 'survivability' pass, they die far too easily in sorties and (primed) regen only works a finite number of times.   Alternatively could you give us the ability to 're-equip' a sentinel during a mission via the gear wheel?

Ferral Kavat skin for kavats... any progress? 

Any chance we can get the same ability to change energy colours on kubrows/kavats as we can on helminth charger?

Can you remove the 30 minute 'warm up' period on kubrows/kavats when you take them out of stasis, this time delay (or 10k credits) stops us changing to them as often as we could.  Sentinels don't cost anything or require time to change so please do the same with pets..

Can you add information about the imprints on the preview page like you do on the ones in stasis.... trying to remember which one is which can be a pain.

I remember you saying about looking at kubrow AI... how is this progressing and will it make them a viable alternative to the kavat/sentinels.

Will we ever see primed kubrows/kavats or at the very least will we see more kavat types?

Can you look at the kuva costs for riven re-rolling, with the rng being what it is it gets really expensive really quickly.

Because the current RNG approach on rivens sucks (sorry but I hate the rng nature aspect of rivens) any chance you'll allow us to 're-roll' a riven so that we can get one for a different weapon? 

Are you still monitoring the ducats prices of items from baro... the recent deluxe skin prices have been rather excessive considering the plat cost of their equivalent items in the market.

edit: extra questions I thought of....

Can the 'torch' be active when in stealth and melee mode.... some areas are just too dark to see where we're going without a torch.

Any chance that if a weapons been fully mastered and we've had to rebuild it, due to selling it for space or it being used to craft something else, that it can automatically become a level 30 weapon again when it's rebuilt?  If it's been mastered and 'we' are masters of said weapon according to the codex why do we need to treat it as if we don't know how to use it?  It doesn't give any extra MR at the end of the day so it's just for convenience and time saving.

 

Can the mods which are not currently available from enemies be added so we can get them from an enemy, for example expel corpus (pistol +5 damage to corpus ) is only available via transmute (aka gambling for mods to complete the codex) for example but we can get the grineer and infested versions from enemies.

I'm curious about clans. I currently run a shadow clan and we are 1 member short of a storm clan, but being we are populated with lower mastery casual players moving to the storm classification will greatly increase our research costs. For new players and or a clan of them this can become a hindrance, as most have not had the opportunity to farm massive amounts of resources yet. It means we can not add more players and advance, which is not fair to players who find our clan to their liking. Will the clan system be looked at? Possibly introducing a more flexible system in regards to research. Will there be daily clan missions available that could reward you in big resource drops and even rare mods that can help low mastery members get stronger?

 

BTW... love what you did with Oberon can not wait to try out his Prime brother. :)

What does the road over the next half of the year look like? What do you plan on getting out before the end of the year? And do you feel the first half of 2017 was successful in the end, or some things could have been done better?

Will we ever see accessories effected by abilities that cause effects to your warframe body? e.g. rhino skin effecting syandanas or armor pieces? So far the only ability that does so is invisibility.

as far as factions go the sentient have the least 'personality' to them,  we only know of one sentient leader, and only one real goal of theirs (being to wipe the tenno out.)    do you have any plans to flesh out the sentient faction in the future?  and if so, how?

Hello!
Since the Ambulas event ended for consoles this week. I was wondering if you have an evaluation of the introduced token system that came with it? So now we were able to earn beacons and spend them as we wanted. Just asking if you have some numbers on the amount of unique mods that were acquired per player, compared to for example another event where we need to run a boss fight again and depend on RNG to give us a reward. Or the overall opinion you received from the community about he system.
Any plans on using it for other parts of the game?
