Increase the Capacity for the Observatory and the Hall of Honor

Now for my Dojo I decided to use the Hall of Honor for my main Hall or "Hub", It's where my Treasury and Trading Station are and I think it looks really nice and unique (Because I think almost everyone uses the Clan Grandest Hall as their "Hub" and I think it's overused, too big, and makes your Clan seem Barren and empty.) 

The Problem is that I wish there was just a tiny bit more capacity for it, Like 20-30 More, that way I can decorate it more and be more creative with the Top section.

Now..I don't know what they were thinking when they decided to give the Observatory only 15 Capacity, It's this GIGANTIC room, and they only give you 15 Capacity (I.E 5 Decorations)?! You want to know what else has 15 Capacity? Hallways. SMALL AND NARROW HALLWAYS! The Observatory's Capacity needs to be Tripled (at least)
