What node am I missing on Uranus?

Am I going blind? Can anybody tell me what node I'm missing?

Edit: Thanks guys, I thought I just had to unlock them, not complete them. Seing as I have other planets where I can deploy extractors just fine where I have only unlocked them and not completed them, this one confised me. Turns out dark sectors don't count like the asnwer I chose as best answer said, and the other planets only had the dark sectors left.

My best guess is Caelus as the icon is still blue. Maybe Assur but I'm not sure if dark sectors count.
