Viewing mods while in the arsenal > mod section

I have an issue, viewing my mods while in the arsenal. To explain, when i go to place mods into a warframe or weapon, i cannot see the drain numer or the polarity of a mod properly when i scroll to the extreme right of the screen. The highlighted mod has an animation where it gently rocks from side to side, but the drain and polarity are difficult to see until the mod rocks to the right. This issue im having only started happening with an update that happened around about octavias release or slightly later.  Before this i think the mod section of the arsenal loadout screen, the highlighted mod was either centered when you scroll left to right , or offset center right. Has anyone noticed this? To be fair, i have an older tv, and i am unable to adjust the widescreen settings, but as i mentioned before,this wasnt an issue till recently.
