Mystery Of "the Stalker" Finally Resolved!

"Captain Vor" appeared to us from a dark mist in a black and red outfit and was kind enough to leave a Hate blueprint behind.

 

No screenshot, though, since someone sniped the Sonar spot on his leg before I realized to press the button.. It was a pretty low level Grineer mining station mission, Infested if I remember correctly.

 

So yeah...

I've seen this bug, too. It was on M Prime, I was doing the mission alone and the stalker appeared. I caught a glimpse of the stalker when he slash dashed toward me, and I thought to myself, "Is that Captain Vor?!" Sure enough, once he stopped moving for enough time, I zoomed in with my Snipetron Vandal, and guess what, it was Captain Vor in a stalker suit! I was confused for a moment before realizing my shields were down. So, I quickly fired a few shots into the Stalker Vor, and killed him with 3 health remaining. I died quickly afterward by the hand of a Grineer Shield Unit, just before I could pick up the Despair BP (My Low-Level Friend picked it up, but died. He joined about 34 seconds after the stalker appeared), and sadly, neither of us had any self-revives left. I was so sad. /sadface

You know how some kids take the heads off dolls or action figures and switch things around.

 

This could be our first glimpse into a new breed of Infested and while we assume its the work of the abomination known as Phorid.  I have a feeling theres someone far more sinister behind this ... ..... *beep*  Ive detected a large security force headed your way  *beep*
