[Mod Concepts] Energy & Health Mods

Energy Transmutation: Picking up a energy orb increases power range by 60% on next ability cast. 

Health Transmutation: Picking up a health orb increases sprint speed, bullet jump length, and roll sleed by 20% , stacks up to three times . Loses stacks if sprinting is stopped for 3 seconds.

Energy Reformation: picking up an energy orb increases power duration by 70% on the next ability cast.

Health Reformation: Picking up a health orb increases shield cap by 300 for 40s, stacks up to 3 times . 

I pretty much think we should have more of these mods . They're cool and change up the game a bit . But if they decid to make more of these mods I suggest they don't allow you to put two health mods on at the same time or two energy mods on at the same time.
