Once you have Prime, a crown icon will appear next to your profile name, clicking on it shows a short list of freebies you may collect. It is usually a code. If this is the case here, you'll just take the code and enter it through the Warframe website under Promo Codes. LazerSkink could also be correct, who knows. Well, it's only free if you're paying a suscription/use a trial (and that's in case no one cuts that method for now) :P Nothing is free in life. You do not have to spend money to get the trial and all the things that come with it including the free twitch subscription to your favorite streamer and the twitch prime goodies, but im pretty sure you need to enter your credit info.
