Clem Survival node being located at Larunda Relay instead of Strata relay on Alert Tab(w/ Pics)

This happened to me this week, but it also happened last week too. Apparently the "Help Clem" node is shown to be taken place at the Larunda Relay on Mercury(which is not a relay option on the PS4 version) instead of the Strata Relay on Earth. In my mind I thought that this isn't normal, so I figured it may be a bug. The images below show in more detail...
