"I've already been forced to kill a few of them." He responded, frustrated. "I know full well it's better being dead than one of those things, but I still had to shoot people I've worked with for a long time. Do you know how that feels?" It seemed Celeste had touched a nerve with Adrova. His helmet hid his facial features (Not that she could see them anyway), but his body language showed anger.

Leveret nodded solemnly. "Adrova, if it's any help, I'll be doing everything in my power to protect any and all of your remaining men."

He fell silent after the proclamation, crossing his arms again and gazing at the holo-projection in front of them.

"Dead would be preferable, wouldn't it?" Celeste pipes in like a silent stalker pouncing from around a corner as she systematically begins checking the bed's nook and crannies for possible datapads or switches. "At least then they'd wouldn't be stuck in an 'and I must scream' way, right?"

Ebony simply shot Celeste a look.

"I'm sure she meant nothing by it." Chegar said, giving Adrova a sympathetic nod. "I won't lie; their chances are slim if they're out there, But I'm still willing to entertain those chances."

"No, it's located between here and the hangar. Looks to be food storage, primarily. Corpus do love excessive storage space." Efahz noted, before zooming in on another part of the ship. "The reactor here confuses me the most. There are only two other Tenno on the ship, and three signatures unaccounted for."

"Would your Warframes give off Void signatures when not in use?" Asked the higher-ranking crewman, observing the map closely. His voice was quiet, and surprisingly calm. "Sorry, forgot to introduce myself. Chief of Security Adrova Haffon. Honestly, the title doesn't mean much right now. Between the Grineer and your other Tenno friends, most of my teams are dead or MIA."

(The Void signatures match the amount of Tenno in the room.)

"Dunno, I don't usually scan my frame for void 'sigs, and usually I'm long gone before my enemies get around to scanning." Ebony said.

Her gloves stop dead for just a fraction of a moment. "Yes I do." Celeste simply replies as her hands start moving again, taking apart the bed piece by piece. In that one word, weariness, regret, fear, and anger all intertwine with the facade of cheer in her tone of voice before fading as quick as it came.

(The bed doesn't have anything hidden in it.)

Adrova remained silent, but was taken aback by Celeste's response, judging by his body language.

"Alright... uh..." Efahz interrupted awkwardly. "So, Adrova did bring up a good point. We do lack manpower. We have a decent amoung of people here, but they're absolutely exhausted. They need their rest. Unfortunately, you might have to deal with this on your own if you're investigating the void signatures."

Feeling sure through her hands that there`s nothing hidden, Celeste pulls a handheld multitool out of one of her bundled suit's camouflaged pockets and begins systematically taking apart the bed for parts until the *council* finally agrees on a direction to head in. Already, the pillow, blanket have disappeared from parts with half the mattress vanishing behind her back. the sounds of screws tinkling onto the metal floor before being greedily snatched up by the girl's sticky fingers.

Leveret glanced at Celeste, watching her loot the bed. "Hey, unless you're planning to take a nap right now, maybe you could lend that pillow and blanket to the people actually trying to sleep?"

"That's not too bad of an idea." Adrova said. "I'm sending what's left of my team to a weapon stockpile not too far from here, so we'll need someone to defend the rest if the crew."

"We know the stockpile has all sorts of heavy weaponry." Efahz added. "Plasmors, Opticors, Supras, you name it. We think there might even be experimental weapons waiting in there."

"That, and there are a few Moas and a Bursa sitting around in there, waiting to be hacked." Adrova responded. "Once we have a few Proxies on our side, defense should be much easier."

"Why, did all the bunks outside fill up already?" Because that seems pretty lavish to me~"

"There are already people out there arguing over who gets beds!" Efahz responded, frustrated. "We're trying to fit 20% of the ship into a room meant to hold 20 people. They're not meant to hold quite this many people. And a lot of the beds are being used for the injured crew."

"Yeah, actually, they did. There are multiple people per bunk and people sleeping on the floor," Leveret responded, crossing his arms. "You really think we're in a situation to be lavish?"

"There's always time for lavishness. It's what separates surviving from living." Celeste replies without a care for the security chief`s tension, a free hand straying down to give her armored kavat a pat by her legs a pat while it's starring daggers at the sources of raised tones.

"If they want it, they can have it; but ain't putting it back together without a shipping and handling charge." Celeste says, turning her head, and *fingers* towards the desk.

(Might I suggest you send the parties off before Celeste takes apart everything in the room then sells it back to the crew at triple the price from restlessness and habit? :s)

"I'm just gonna stop you right there." Adrova said, stepping between Celeste and the desk. "Stop disassembling the ship long enough to get somethimg done. I promise, you can sell this entire ship for salvage once we find a way off of this rock."

"Alright, if we're done here, let's get a move-on." Efahz said, walking over to the door, inputting the password. A few beeps later, he was met with a harsh buzzing noise. He tried the combination again, and it didn't work. He tried a few other combinations, all of them failing.

"Why isn't anything working?! What's going on here?" Efahz tried again, and again, and again. "The combination's not working! Are we stuck here?" In a matter of moments, Efahz was visibly panicking, shaking and breathing quickly.

"Please don't." Said a familiar voice. "I'm sorry for the scare. I just need to talk to all of you."

Tycho was speaking through all of the audio devices in the room, giving his normally quiet voice an odd reverb. He sounded anxious, worried, and tired.

"So... uh... hi. I'm Tycho. AI, full-time assistant to Tarnas, and hundreds of other things." He said, introducing himself to those in the room whom he hadn't met yet. "After you beat Tarnas, I escaped into what was left of the ship's systems. When your friend got the security data, I hitched a ride. Now I'm here, I guess."

Efahz's previous anxiety was gone, and he ran over to the holoprojecter, typing into the datapad. A few moments later, the display of the ship was replaced by rapidly scrolling text. Files after files after files.

"This is... insane. How did you hide when I was looking through the data? As far as I know, I checked everything." Efahz asked, looking up at the scrolling text. "None of this makes sense. None of this."

Celeste doesn't give the AI as much as a nod, completely engrossed with the other side of the room as her mind and hands already begins patting down the locked door. Well meaning or not, nobody keeps the girl locked in one place without a means to redirect her focus.

In short order the multitool is back out in Celeste's hand, the electronic lock being picked at to the point of dangling out of it's socket, and her other hand feeling and tapping down the door's edges. Throughout the room, a slowly crescendoing THRUM fills the air, loose objects bouncing up and down like on a subwoofer timed to the taps of Celeste's movements.

"I'm keeping that door locked for now, sorry." Tycho said. "I really don't want the crew finding out about me yet. Want to avoid a panic, you know?" Tycho didn't sound too concerned about Celeste at the moment, despite her disassembling the door with a surprising amount of efficiency.

"Alright, something else doesn't make sense." Efahz interrupted suddenly, looking at the projection again. "Why did Tarnas need half of this stuff? Why does this folder contain an entire terabyte of audio files?."
