extractor situation on earth

Before Harrow (U.21) rolled out, I was able to deploy extractors to earth no problem. After, it says that I'm missing nodes to unlock, which is strange because because I'm not seeing any nodes outside of Iron Wake. Is anyone else able to deploy extractors to the blue planet? Did the update roll out a hidden node that I can't see?

The Steel Meridian base, Iron Wake, is the only node that was added to earth. I wouldn't be surprised if the issue is related to that node.

I always used extractors there and since update i can't anymore... that may be the bug.

Same problem, 100% xp but one node missing.

I can deploy them fine in the actual game but not on the companion app.

Same problem here. And it started happening to me when CoH was out on the PC. I completed the quest but still can't deploy on the app. On the PS4 I can do it no problem.
