Sniper Crewmen throw Ratel spawners too far

I've never liked the Ratels. I understand why they're there, but I don't like them. The problem is, they can be really difficult to get rid of because the Sniper Crewmen can throw the spawners at least as far as up an entire flight of stairs (in my experience). The big issue with this is it makes it too easy for Ratel spawns to get into places where they're unreasonably hard to find, which especially on Pluto can make your life hell. I'm not saying we should remove Ratels. Nerfing them might not be a bad idea, but what I propose is that Snipers should PLACE the spawners, not throw them. That way the spawners won't show up stupidly far from the Sniper in a difficult to see location.

Yeah, this defenitely makes sense to me. Snipers should be defensive, a shield osprey would follow that idea well
