I Did, however, Grab "The 8-fold path" challenge after this addition (it's a new challenge) and when I got that one I got the steam achievement as well. There's a ton I have in-game but show as missing on Steam including: Alchemist Combat Specialist Control Freak Egg Timer Hats off to you! Good news is that Warframe had the same issue a long time ago (2-3 years maybe) and they rolled a script to fix everyone's steam achievements, therefore, they already have a fix and just need to modify it.
