AMD FX 8350 4.0 GHz Black edition ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0 GTX 960 4gb 16 gb ram 650 w power supply I've tried everything!!!!! Turning off Direct X 10 & 11 Turning off Multi-Threaded Rendering Turning off 64-bit mode When I can play the game I get 60 fps easy.
