Zeus154
The cost of rushing a build correlated to the time an item has been "cooking" in the foundry? Say for I was building my Series 2 Saryn helmet, and it was halfway through it's building phase, I could rush it for a much less price. However, the price range corresponding for the percentage of the build completed will remain static, once it reaches the 25%, 50%, and 75% completion ranges. For example, a weapon to build is 12 hours, and 50 platinum to rush. At 6 hours, the rush price is discounted at 50% (25 platinum), but it will stay in that way until it reaches 75% build completion, which will be discounted at 13 platinum (12.5 isn't possible! :s). This way, you could save a small chunk of change, but you'd have to wait for it to be in such manner. Just a small tidbit of brainfood. Thoughts? Archistopheles
Just don't rush ever. It's a silly concept designed for a strange set of people.
Szak
I dont think its a silly concept. Id like to rush things since ive got limited time to play warframe. Commitment here and there.

Agreed, when I first got into warframe I got highly addicted but didn't have the time or patience to wait three days for a frame, so I'd farm the parts (the fun bit) and then rush the frame. "Wasted" a fair whack of plat doing that but loved playing with the new frames. Don't regret it.
Fireblac
I always believed there should be a system like this for rushing and I also think this would promote more platinum purchases. As far as I know right now not too many people rush anything and this might make it more applicable. The way I see it is rushing something now that you know you will get hours upon hours of enjoyment from and want to use it right then for roughly $2-3 worth of platinum then that is quite worth it. I can buy a few candy bars and a soda for that much money or even kiddie size ice-cream both of which will last me less than 10 minutes. So whatever they do to scaledown the rush cost can only be good and it isn't really that bad as it is currently. SetAbominae
You can already rush things this way in the dojo, it beats me why it has not been implemented to the foundry yet.

Never knew this, but that's because I haven't built anything in the Dojo, nor do I own one.

If you have limited time, why not just buy the frame/item outright? It comes with a free potato and slot already. I'm just sayan...

VinceBlood
If I understand you right, the Rush cost should decrease incrementally depending on the progress of the build? That makes tons of sense and I've wondered why that wasn't the point. I'd gladly drop between 1-5 Plat to shave off the last 10% of a build, but not the full cost. You're correct on that assumption. :)
Mikki79
Rushing the construction of items should cost credits, why would you ever pay platinum for it? If you want to play platinum just buy the ready made item from the market.
