Mediocre? All other polearms have less or equal than 15% crit and this thing also has more damage than other polearms. The only other "long-range-melees" with this much crit are Atterax and Dark Split-Sword. Granted, I didn't try it yet, as I don't want to waste platinum on it, but I think it's probably quite strong, although maybe being a bit slow for many people. Being slash-based, relentless combination, weeping wounds, and a few other status mods could help it be good... but at that point you may as well just use lesion.
