Can someone please tell me what to do what frame to use to get pass the sentients in octavia's anthem find the second song fragment, thank you

Every frame can do it. Take the aim and shoot them until they die while avoiding their bullets. When they adapt, use the Operator to remove their defenses. 

 

Otherwise if you are not very skilled with bulletjumping or is hard with a controller (i have no idea of what you need to press to jump around) use a frame that can stun them like Exalibur (his exalted blade also deals a ton of dmg to them) or a tanky frame like Rhino Inaros Nidus o a full duration Mesa Shield.

 

They are made to kill us, and we are made to kill them. The best tactic will always be "evasion".

 

As for dealing dmg, use a tigris prime or anything that deals a lot of damage in a single shot, and remember to remove their adaptive modules when they ... well.. adapt.

In general tankiness is nice for Sentients, it's difficult to effectively damage them with abilities because they'll just gain resistance to the element of the ability. Really any simple tank will work, get a Rhino or Inaros. Other than that it's really just about avoiding their special attacks; don't do anything but run from the flying-disco-ball attack, same goes for the tornado. Conculysts' explosive attacks are painful so try engaging at range and dodging the blasts when possible. the glowing orb is a high-damage target, and can be picked up after their death to restore health and shields in a pinch.

Bring guns with varied elements, or use your Operator's Void Beam on them to remove their resistances, you can tell when they have a resistance because they have a little red icon under their health bar.

use the transference beam to hit the sentient, it should reset the defense if I remember correctly

Easy way for me was using Frost Prime with Lex Prime.

Avalanche for holding them in place and not get overwhelmed, Snowglobe for protection (especially the operator) to easily use void beam to remove their defenses. Stayed in that mission and killed 100+ Sentients that way needing only 2-3 shots per Sentient.
