"WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO BAN ANY ACCOUNT/ALIAS DEEMED OFFENSIVE". No Platinum has been deducted. Also, I did log a Support ticket regarding the above and have yet to receive a reply. It has been more than 24 Hours. I know you guys are busy, but as someone who works in customer support, I know this is not a good not a good turnaround time for support.
