Build Rhino - or Volt from Clan Dojo if you don't have him, set up shields or iron-skin, then ensure you've got weapons like the Kohm, Boltor, etc... Otherwise, if you have Mag, bullet attract and magnetise the Raptor, or if Excal, initiate Exalted Blade after blinding. After killing them make sure to dump their power cells into the factory. ...It would've been nice to be able to manufacture a smaller one (at Osprey size, pretty much) for a Sentinel. Marine027 Posted July 21, 2017 Share Posted July 21, 2017 Somehow i got the feeling you area Loki palyer can't cheese trough with invinsiblity there since they detect invinsible frames still, especialy the one with its big laser attack. Learn to play at use there weaknesess, or use other frames that can help such more, like Mag's magnetize and corrosive damage for there armor or typical mechancial weakness, cold, electric and magnetic. Its really easy once you figure out how to deal with it ( Octavia's mallet / Crit weapons through Volt's shield and such) But its boring due to bad balance of the fight. Insane damage output, unpredictable aoe attacks and minion numbers (these corpus guys flood the battle zone like crazy in sorties)...all this forces you to just hide somwhere and shoot it through some hole in the wall...instead of proper boss battle like Lephantis or such, where you actually have time to dodge attacks and counter. Tuoweit Posted July 21, 2017 Share Posted July 21, 2017 (edited) Raptor is pretty tough for a new player, but there are things you can do to make it easier. * Use radiation damage - it works very well against armored bosses, like Raptor * Stay airborne as much as possible to avoid its missile barrages * Certain powers, like Mag's Magnetize as mentioned, make Raptor a LOT easier (not only does Magnetize amplify the damage done to Raptor, it stops Raptor's missiles as well) * Get some teammates!
