Orbiter Systems delivering incorrect loot after disconnect

At about wave 13 of an endless fissure defence my graphics driver crashed and I was forced to reboot without being able to exit the game first. When I logged back in there was a message from Orbiter Systems containing 2 prime parts but they weren't the parts I selected.

After the release of Harrow I (and many others) was experiencing frequent disconnects from the game and several times I noticed this same issue, that the parts I was getting from Orbiter Systems weren't those I'd picked...this time they were some things I really would have liked to keep. The point here being that this issue is not a once off.

If you ever really want to recover something like that, you do have access to Support.Warframe.com where you can make a ticket. It's never a guarantee, and you are expected to not abuse/spam it, but recovering lost items is a big part of their job.
