My equipment stopped receiving xp and used percentage

I'll explain this case better.Some of my equipment stopped receiving experience,In addition to stopping increasing the percentage of use.Example= My frost is with 15.560.600 experience,I complete a mission of 30 minutes, only killing with it, but when I go to see experience continues at 15,560,600,this bothers me a lot,and the other problem, which I will explain better,i'll use my mesa example,She is with 0.4% of use ,complete 30 missions with her and  A percentage remains the same,0,4%.I sent a support to the DE,And they told me it was a UI bug,And they told me to use this forum.Do you have any idea if you can fix this, and if possible????,there are only one or two,there are several who have this problem,Ember prime,akbolto telos,Saryn prime,Frost,Mesa,and a lot of equipment.I'm sorry if my English is wrong, I'm from Brazil, so I do not know about language errors.TY!!!
