Maybe everyone used the VPN method to solve it themselves without DE churning out an official fix. Or it is stealth fixed but no announcement. Which is where I've been several times on this - this error happens *frequently* and this is the first time I've posted about it and gotten more than two or three "me too" responses. Both of us had never gotten it before. Whether I manually restart the launcher or let it roll on it's own, same results. This is so annoying and the only way to fix this was through uninstalling the entire game and re-downloading all the 17gb of it! Come on DE we don't have all day! This worked for me too, but now it does not work anymore. I've tried downloading the newer offline files directly from the site, but it seems they are no longer available.
