Issxi
Title. When actively playing as Harrow his energy color doesn't show up on him at all regardless of which color you choose. Please fix <
wachtung
The emissive textures are either turned off from the start when you host or they turn off when you are client and cast Penance or Covenant.
ten-zer0
I`m pretty sure that`s just a part of Harrow, the lights only show if you`re casting certain abilities.

Don't think so , what's the point of having energy colors without seeing it ? why would u have colors outside of mission then ? Also if Harrow is client , his energy color is visible UNTIL Penance or Covenant end their durations So I'M PRETTY SURE it's a bug , there's no chance in life would DE make any Warframe energy color turned off
ten-zer0
There`s definitely a chance DE would do that, because they did. It`s not a bug, it`s part of his design, even in solo missions it`s the same situation.

Then explain how if Harrow is in a squad , his energy colors are on until he uses 2 or 4 and their duration runs out While in solo his energycolor is completely gone at start , if that's a feature at all why the inconsistency ? Or how in Plains , using Archwing would return his energy colors , until his 2 or 4 duration runs out again ? Or while is it on in Relays/Dojo/Cetus if its just gonna turn off later ? If using your statement that the enrgy colors turn on ONLY with Abilities then why bothering leave in on out of mission ? "There's definitely a chance DE would do that" No there isn't , that would contradict their own aethestic , why would they turn energy color off for any reason at all ? "Because they did" When ? I cannot comprehend how you can come into statement that this is a feature and not a flaw
ten-zer0
Okay. Wow. First off, of course the energy is on in social areas and Archwing, Harrow isn`t doing anything there. Octavia is the same way, her energy lights are very subtle in machines until she uses certain abilities, but in areas when said abilities aren`t needed at all, it always just glows at maximum brightness. Second, yes, it probably is a glitch in multiplayer that causes his energy to be on until certain abilities end. Third, what it is in solo mode is what it`s supposed to be. Fourth, DE most certainly would contradict their own aesthetic if it`s something as trivial as this, energy lights play a large role in looking awesome, but little details such as it only showing when specific abilities are active in combat make the Warframe more unique and interesting, so what they did here was perfect. Fifth, this is a feature, not a flaw, the only glitch that you may have pointed out was the squad energy one.

Harrow in his Profile Video , playing idle animation with no abilities active 2. Harrow in Chains of Harrow trailer , playing idle Agile animation with no abilities active 3. Harrow's energy color being visible on various official images As you can see Harrow's energy color is intended to be on at all times LIKE EVERY OTHER WARFRAMES Because Harrow's design has nothing whatsoever to do with turning off and on his energy colors , Codenm and Covenant makes them glows brighter sure but make no sense to turn it completely off after the duration Not even Chroma who has a special mechanic on his energy colors has any of this redudant "feature" Harrow's energy color parts on his body is no different Warframes , in designing it's not even notable enough like Chroma's to be counted as a feature of turning on and off Like every Warframes and every weapons , energy colors were given to player to choose for them to customize the aethestic , which gives DE no reason to let us choose then completely turns it off Another note that Harrow's energy color is always on in Captura And the best part is , out the entire community , only you , singlehandedly think of this as a feature But I guess that's just you being you , man lol I'm not even gonna continuing to reply after this , don't have time to waste reasoning with the unreasonable Your arguement is completely redundant. ten-zer0
Okay, yep. yepyepyep It is a glitch. I did a microscopic amount of research and looked at the very first post on this topic because why didn`t I do that before On 8/12/2017 at 7:25 AM, wachtung said: The emissive textures are either turned off from the start when you host or they turn off when you are client and cast Penance or Covenant. and tis a glitch, I apologize for wasting your time. Wraether
IT IS FIXED BOYS , REJOICE Harrow’s emissives will now always be on so you don’t need Penance active to see Energy Colors.
