Ability Control

Many of us here are irritated by the lethal no. 3 and 4 abilities of most frames. If you keep spamming them, you don't even need to give any effort to kill or even have to aim. I suggest we disable the last 2 abilities, at least the 4th one. No. 1s and 2s can stay as they have quite tactical uses and are not OP or spammable much.

You want to get rid of half of a frames' skill-set? What frames are over powered in their third and fourth abilities? Frost? You'll need his fourth to strip enemy armor, same with Oberon. Ember? her damage doesn't scale into higher levels. Saryn? Her abilities rely an her entire kit. Ash? A lot of players think it is to slow too use because you have to choose your targets one at a time. Nidus? His last two abilities rely on the mutation mechanic. Excalibur? His fourth helps him scale his melee weapon into higher levels. Inaros? His entire kit is just to help him gain back health and scale into higher level content. Valkyr? Also to help scale into higher level content, and healing. Nyx? Her fourth is only as strong as the enemies she is facing, same with Equinox. Ivara? Again, scaling her primary weapon for higher level enemies. Nezha? Divine spears is more for crowd control, and opening up enemies for ground finishers. Titania? Her 3 relies on enemy placement, and making sure her lantern doesn't float away, and 4 is archwing that is only as good as the mods on her primary and melee. Limbo? His abilities are just crowd control. Mag? Her 3 and 4, with the augment, strip enemy armor. Zephyr? Only as good as the weapons you bring, same with Loki, Banshee, Harrow, Vauban, Volt, Mesa, Nekros, Nyx, Nova, Rhino, Octavia, Inaros, and Nidus needs to have enough mutation stacks to keep him alive and do damage, really only shining on high level content.

but ye even for Conclave removing half the frame's skill set is outright stupid.
