(PSN)Tomplexthis
Ever the lover of all things credits and golden, Midas loves his money He comes with his own reserve pool of alternate energy, alongside energy [like Nidus] He has 0-100 wealth, and it is used for and with his abilities Passive:: Bling Spoiler All projectiles fired by Midas have an innate +2 Punch through, and golden hues added to them, this does not effect lobbed or explosive weapons And all enemies Midas kills drop 25% more credits on death (Stats) Health: (350 at rank 30) Power: (225 at rank 30) Armor: 225 Shield Capacity: (350 at rank 30) Sprint Speed: 1.0 Polarities: 1 Madurai (V) and 1 Vazarin (D) Aura Polarity: 1 Madurai (V) Wealth: 100 Power 1:: Golden Touch Spoiler Costs 25 Energy, this is a duration based ability that lasts 20 - 20 - 25 - 30 seconds Increases the fire rate of Midas's weapons (1.2 - 1.4 - 1.6 - 1.8 increased by power strength mods) And all Midas's projectiles gain a 200% ricochet, it causes them to bounce of objects 2 times before disappearing enemies killed while this is on turn gold upon death, Midas gains wealth when he collects their golden corpses {the ricochet is unmodifiable} Power 2:: Cash in Spoiler Costs 25 Wealth per use Spend wealth to gain 1 of 3 rewards, cycled choice, allies within his affinity range receive one but not both of cash ins effects Ammo for your current weapon, and increased damage for awhile, Midas gets both effects but allies gain the damage buff only ^(restores 2 mags of a weapons ammo pool, and increases damage by 1.2 - 1.3 - 1.4 - 1.5) (the damage increase has a duration of 20 - 20 - 25 - 30 seconds) Energy and health restoration, Midas gains both effects but allies gain the health restoration only ^(the energy isnt an instant restore, and wont restore with vibrance on, instead it yields +50 energy, but returns over time, along with the health of +100) (the health/energy restore is effected by power strength) Credits and an armor boost, Midas gains both effects but allies gain the armor boost only ^(the amount of credit earned depend on the missions initial level, and enemies killed) (the armor boost is a base increase, not percentage, + 200 - 300 - 400 - 500 armor for a duration of 20 - 20 - 25 - 30 seconds) Power 3:: Vibrance Spoiler A channeled ability that can be toggled on or off for 4 energy per second Midas turns gold, and leaves behind a slick trail of liquid gold on the floor behind him as he walks Enemies that walk on the golden path will slip and fall over, or try to shoot at their own reflections Midas becomes immune to knockdown and status effects, and reflects 30% of the damage he takes back to his attackers Power 4:: Pay Day Spoiler Costs 100 Wealth per use A wave of gold explodes forth in a radial circle out from Midas It turns the surrounding area into a slick golden shine All enemies that were hit by this, or who are touching this floor turn to solid gold They are immobilized, and have their armor reduced to 0 Upon death enemies killed will drop 70% more loot (unmodifiable) This lasts for a duration of 8 - 10 - 12 - 14 seconds and has a range of 15 - 20 - 20 - 25m You could say, Midas gots that Shwag? I also had an idea for two new weapons that are Midas themed 1: Shredder Spoiler A heavy (two handed to wield) chaingun, machine gun, wielded how Master Chief from halo holds a turret Weapon Slot Primary Weapon Type Assault Rifle Trigger Type Auto Utility Flight Speed 80.0m/s Fire Rate 16.5 rounds/sec Accuracy 8.3 Magazine Size 300 rounds/mag Max Ammo 1500 rounds Reload Time 3.0s Disposition 4 Strong Physical Damage [45] Slash 22.5 -- Corrosive 22.5 Crit Chance 5.0% -- Crit Multiplier 2.0x -- Status Chance 35.0% The Shredder comes with 2 alternating fire modes Mode 1 is a +2 punch through Mode 2 is a +200% Richochet These can be swapped in or out with the secondary fire, but shredder has 2 drawbacks 1, it has no zoom, and 2, you cannot move while reloading it 2: Paddle Spoiler The Paddle is a staff melee weapon, i imagine it looking like a golden boat oar/paddle, it has 1 long pole with a flat paddle base at its end It has a perk on it that grants stacking attack speed/status chance based on credit pickups It works much like the berserker mod does with critical hits, as you pick up credits it builds up to a bonus cap of +60% attack speed/status chance The bonus has a duration of 16 seconds, it resets when you haven't picked up any credits Weapon Slot Melee Weapon Type Staff Utility Attack Speed 1.26 Disposition 5 Strong Normal Attacks Physical Damage 65.0 Impact 38.5 Corrosive 26.5 Crit Chance 15.0% Crit Multiplier 2.0x Status Chance 15.0% Edited August 9, 2017 by (PS4)Tomplexthis
Auranix
I think Cash in's credit gain should be shared with other players otherwise credit farming comps would be all Midas rather than having a single Midas and a bit more diversity. It may not fit the greedy theme you're going for, but I believe it would provided a better benefit to the game.
(PSN)Tomplexthis
The Lore of Midas Long ago, there was a man in ancient greece who loved money and wealth and power so much That he asked the Gods to make him wealthier, in return, they cursed his finger, and so anything he touched turned to Gold But, the anything part he had forgotten as much, as so when he touched his wife, or his children, they to turned to solid Gold In the end, he suffered under the burden of his greed, and so he touched his own throat And he turned to Gold as well Many years later, he was discovered and metled down to create a warframe in his image However, this warframe never moved an inch, and so the Corpus used it as an example of their heritage They placed him as a scuplture in their greatest temple to testify their love of Credits But the old war came, and the temple and all its inhabitants crumbled into history Until Nef Anyo found the key to its vaults, and required the help of a brave few to retrieve its treasures Unfortunately, he came to find the inhabitants never left, but were themselves turned to gold And they would defend the broken down temple, with their lives {This temple would be hidden in the plains of Eidolon} {Nef Anyo needs your help to recover the treasures within the temple} Midas's chassis blueprints would drop from the enemies inside completing the quest Nef Anyo gives would reward you Midas's blueprint and 100,000 credits Missions inside the temple of Midas would reward the neuroptics and systems [Spy - Interception - Defense] it would be a new tileset themed after Ancient Corpus greed and gold [Midas] Access to it would be earned through the plains of eidolon Edited August 9, 2017 by (PS4)Tomplexthis

(PSN)Tomplexthis
most awesome gun in the game would be the shredder i think warframe could definitely use ricochet bullets as a new thing there really arent any weapons that ricochet, just the tonkor which bounces a bit and throwing melee weapons
