Adding trade system

I find some mods useful for other people but not useful for me, so I think trading to them would be nice I don't use; For example, I don't use bronco but I found some cool mods for it, people may get it free or I could give it with a small price.

I know for balance sake they can't just let poeple traid, or you wouldn't need to hardly play. maybe if there was a 10k credit or even 10 PLAT charge for trading, that would not make it so easy. maybe also have to traid somthing of equal value or rarity in return to make sure people are farming in the right places and not just farming credits or paying money to win!
