Think it could have been held off until more was added, like the emblems getting fixed. Currently you have to equip them and relog individually with each Warframe for them to appear. I'm beginning to think it's hopeless. DEJames from support said that this "was fixed" in Update 9. I told him it wasn't, and it he said he'd pass it on. Still not fixed.
