GeminiHM
Is it me or is it really getting harder? I used to solo Xini to wave 10 with Frost with Scindo. Doing "Lith: Repel Enemy Attack" solo only brought me to wave 12/13 only (Infested starts on level 21 which is way easier than the old Xini). Do you guys think the "stabbing an enemy while he's on the ground" useful? I don't. It's slow, low damage, and risk yourself getting disrupted. I think the damage should be way higher than it is now since there's a risk and it's slow. Dev should ALSO focus on solo mode. Not everyone likes some random people with you or maybe just ping issues. Difficulty is still a must but to a certain extent on solo. What do you guys think? P.S. Anybody know exactly where the Asia server is located?
iValianT
I noticed it too , a level 56 healer just insta'd me and my vauban friend. Which meant piercing through 550 hp+shields , before update they couldn't even pass my shields.
BigSchmexy
They do scale it the more people there are the more enemies
iValianT
They do scale it the more people there are the more enemies I dont think he meant about the spawn rate, but the difficulty increament after update.
Dazko
Im also having trouble hitting their legs since the new model is so awkward. At least the old models had an obvious spot to hit but these new ones feel uncomfortable to fight with. And their knock down attack seems to be faster with less charge time. gam3addict
Since the update, you can't stack stuns on them as easily either, I've noticed. Used to be I could stunlock a healer or disruptor with no trouble, but now they break out of it sometimes with an instant hit attack that seems to act as if it were the stretch-arm hit, as I've been disrupted by it a few times. Biggest gripe is the insanely difficult to hit weakspots now, it's the knee or something weird and inconsistent.
kippen.power
inb4 they get nerfed because people complain -_-
Ventias
nah they arent hard, they got easier. They throw less pierces now, but i gota admit with the new model, i can never dodge their pierces simply because i cant see them. Therefore i tend to move alot so i wont get caught by it, which leads me to death because i walk into poison a lot. Bring a hek/sniper vandal, or a high damage weapon and you should be fine. IF you have a nova, then it helps even more. Edited July 20, 2013 by Ventias
gam3addict
Don't necessarily want them nerfed, just want to have a non-buggy weakspot to hit, as arrows from my Dread seem to go right through it sometimes and other times hit where I swear the unarmored spot is but count as the armored area. Give em one massive foot or make their big arm have a hitbox or something.
Kahruvel
These buffs weren't intentional, I think. The Disruptor special attack is throttled only by its animation, and the missing lower leg hitboxes are a result of not assigning them their original value on the new model. The faster attack animation probably wasn't matched to the old animation's FPS and frames.
gam3addict
In fact, the whole new model seems buggy since Toxics freak out almost 100% of the time when killed by any weapon that drags the body, such as a bow or kunai-based weapon. The other two types do the same on occasion, but Toxics cause problems for my FPS when they die now.
