How are Octavia's abilities changed for Conclave?

 The wiki is lacking Octavia specifically on its list of ability differences for Conclave and google returns absolutely nothing about what her abilities do in Conclave. The in-game tooltip for the Conclave loadout on her abilities is unchanged from pve and clearly incorrect. Where is this information? I took her into a match myself but there's no way to see every difference by just looking and I can't find the exact information ANYWHERE.

This sheet is more detailed than in game information in arsenal, why is that? and is there one for weapons too?
