Caloris Exterminate Bug

I was just at Mercury testing out an unranked weapon and warframe for the first time when I noticed that no enemies were spawning in the Exterminate mission at Caloris. I went through three rooms until all 66 targets suddenly spawned both behind and in front of me at the same time within those ventilation tunnels on the new Grineer map. There were so many enemes clogging the tunnels that I could not escape by normal conventions and therefore had to carve my way out after a rather annoying death. I could see this being frustrating to any new players coming into the game later on.
